The total timeline may extend up to 1 week depending on the verification of income, credit, criminal, and rental history, so providing all required documentation during the online application helps our team provide a decision as efficiently as possible.

The application fee is $50. The standard security deposit starts at $300+.

No utilities are included in the base rent. There is an additional $90 monthly technology fee. Electric and gas utilities are paid directly by residents to Consumers Energy or Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL).

A co-signer or guarantor requirement is based on screening criteria, with qualifying income set at 5 times the monthly rent gross along with credit checks. All residents are required to maintain active renter's insurance.
