Warm and friendly atmosphere, great location, stellar staff!
I rented from Arbor Glen and cannot praise it enough. From the maintenance team to the leasing and office staff, especially ... Hunter, Raychelle, and Tammy, the apartment complex is exceptionally well run, quiet, and cared for. The apartments themselves are light filled and beautiful. It is within walking distance of multiple recreational facilities and close to the supermarket. Completely satisfied with all aspects of Arbor Glen life. There are paths in the woods next to the property, and it’s a great place to walk dogs and spend time outdoors. And there are social gatherings! 13 Years and Counting...
I've been at Arbor Glen for over 13 years and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. I never thought I'd be MI this long, ... but since that became reality, moving never crossed by mind. The staff at Arbor Glen are always amazing - kind, great with communication, they remember their residents, and are always willing to help. The maintenance team is top notch! Quick to respond when something comes up, very mindful of pets, and just cool folks to work with. I trust the folks at the complex and am very happy to call it home. Shoutout to Ray’chelle, Josh, Esther, and Mo for listening and caring about the community. It's a great location with wonderful amenities, but the staff that work there make it home. Here to stay
I've lived in Arbor Glen since I moved to MI in 2010 and have no plans to leave. The location is great - close to campus ... without being on campus and access to so much in the Lansing area. The staff are incredible - so helpful, friendly, great communication, and timely responses to repairs/needs/concerns. This doesn't feel like a transient complex, this is home. I recently resigned my lease with Arbor Glen apartments. Safe area, quiet residents, super helpful staff and maintenance, ... good value and good size of apartments, there no reason for me to leave! I spoke with Jordan at the front office and she was great in helping answer all of my questions. She is VERY knowledgeable and I could really tell she loves working for DTN.
